In the future, you must adjust how you market products and vessels with the new EU Unfair Green Marketing Practices Act and Green Claims Directive. According to this new initiative, general claims like "Green Product" or "Zero Emission Vessel" are no longer allowed.

Claims must be backed up with data endorsed by an EU-approved verifier and will often be based on a LifeCycle Assessment (LCA) that documents the environmental impact throughout the lifecycle of the product or vessel.
